When Otters Attack of the Day: On Wednesday, 19-year old William Gibbons was bitten by a potentially rabid otter near his home in Boca Raton, Florida, becoming the third person to report an encounter with an aggressive otter in Palm Beach County.
Gibbons, who was shooting footage of the curious critter with his cell phone camera, captured the entire attack (see video above).
